These demanding études will challenge your technique and musicality.
Based on the keyboard works of J. S. Bach, the complete set of Three
Volumes totalling 97 pages and 86 études is available in five different
versions--Alto Trombone, Tenor Trombone, Bass Trombone, Euphonium, and
Tuba. Each version is customized for the individual instrument (choice
of key, range, ornaments, etc.).
Volume One contains Twenty-four études in all keys, based upon preludes from The Well-Tempered Clavier.
Volume Two contains Twenty-four études, based upon the Six Partitas (BWV 825-830).
Volume Three contains Thirty-eight études, based upon the Six French Suites (BWV 812-817).
Tenor trombonists will find that the Alto version is excellent for high register practice and alto clef reading.
